Personalised solutions
I’m lucky to be trusted by clients and brands that I admire.
Here are some examples of my work, all of which started with a casual chat about the challenges and opportunities at hand.
R/GA is a lead creative agency. For International Women's Day 2023 they wanted to deliver a meaningful and honest event for their team.
In collaboration with Mavens, I prepared and delivered an engaging workshop on workplace misogyny and allyship. We had an open dialogue on the criticism surrounding IWD and 'lean in' feminism, and we discussed the need for an intersectional approach to gender equity. The hybrid all-staff workshop was delivered to in Melbourne, Sydney, and remote workers.
Through interactive exercises, staff walked away describing the session as "informative and engaging", "thought provoking" and "constructive".
D&AD Shift is a free, industry-led night school that champions underrepresented voices and helps self-made talent enter the creative industry. The 4 month programme takes 20 creatives without a university degree on a journey to learn from and connect with the industry, establish a network, build a portfolio and find job opportunities.
D&AD is based in London. I was engaged to lead the Sydney chapter, localise the global programme, and provide DEI expertise on student and programming matters.
See more about the programme here.
The Open Arms is a purpose-led creative company founded by two of Australia's highly awarded creative directors, Amy Hollier and Jess Lilley.
Amy and Jess wanted support in embedding DEI into their company, but didn't know where to start. I worked with them to develop a DEI statement for The Open Arms - something tangible they could refer to on the daily, and that could be built upon to develop a strategic DEI roadmap to drive real action.
Far from collecting dust on the server, the statement now lives on their website to communicate their values to the world and keep themselves accountable.

Half Dome is an independent media agency that’s experienced exceptional growth; since its inception in 2018 it’s now home to over 65 staff.
Half Dome was organising their first ever team offsite and wanted to use it as an opportunity to ignite their DEI journey. I was engaged to run a half-day workshop with the entire company around DEI fundamentals and inclusive marketing.
